1. Returns & Refunds Overview

We take pride in the quality of Arash’s artworks and prints. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is:

  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival

  • Significantly different from its description

  • Not fit for purpose

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us at admin@arashdehdari.com within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the circumstances

3. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item

  • You must return the item in original condition and packaging (where possible)

  • Return shipping may be reimbursed if the item is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed

4. Commissions and Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, as each artwork is created or printed specifically for the order.
